Hey there. How are you?
Welcome to my blog.

As you can tell this blog is YouTube themed. So, in case you like spending time on YouTube, you are on the right page. 
The reason I started this blog is because I want to share my opinions about videos with you or introduce you to youtubers. (read more - Starting a new thing - it´s my first post) 
But don´t get me wrong, I am not posting videos on YouTube myself. Or let me say, not yet.


Because I want to introduce myself 
Here are 10 (weird?! decide for yourself ) facts about me

1. I like to wear new socks because they are soft and fluffy. So I keep them until there is a nerve-racking occasion like an exam, presentation or concert... Yes, I use socks as a comforting support.

2. My birthday is the 16th of August. That means if you double the month number (8) you get the day (16). Does that make me cool? 

3. I can´t decide whether my favorite color is the beautiful, beauteous blue, the color of the sky - or the gorgeous, great green, the color of nature. 

4. I´m half Japanese and love visiting Japan. The culture is so rich, it´s an amazing island. (click to read a post about my favourite Japanese YouTubers)

5. My number one mostly worn jewelry are rings. I especially prefer to use my pinky and my thumb.

6. Some plants on my balcony have names...yes, you read right. 
Once I was bored and that is the result. Some of the names are; Minto, La, Sumire, Kuta. 
Please don´t judge me.

7. Btw. my real name is not Mary, it is Marina. But my friends and even their parents call me Mary, because I have been called Mary since I was eleven and a friend made up that nickname. 

8. With my right eye I can see 100%, but with my left just 40%. It´s pretty obvious that therefore I failed the eye test for a drivers license and now I have to wear glasses whenever I drive. Fun fact: they are pinkish, redish

9. Even in the summer I listen to Christmas songs, or start singing Christmas songs. for example, right now I am listening to Last Christmas by Ariana Grande.

10. I owned a dog who I got from another family who got him from an animal shelter who found him alone in a park. The shelter had called him Hans Joachim, which is NOT an usual dog name that is somehow appropriated for a dog. It´s not cute at all, not even cool nor funny.
Also, imagine me calling: "Hans Joachim, come here!" or "Hans Joachim, sit!" 
It´s way too long, isn´t it?! So we called him Hansi which is a name of a German Schlager singer. (This name made other dog owners smile at least) 
Don´t know what I tried to tell you with that story...probably that I had a dog.
